Aubrey Duggan

Aubrey’s deep financial experience provides accounting and advisory services which facilitate a unique ability to lead Velos financial operations, as well as provide consulting services to business customers. Aubrey’s comprehensive planning, analysis, reporting, and recommendations directly impact profitability and the company’s ability to continually meet obligations and exceed customer expectations.

Aubrey began her career in public accounting and has specialized in government contract accounting and compliance for small businesses and startups for over a decade. She has excelled in navigating financial reporting and compliance obligations for companies participating in various SBA programs including 8(a), SBIR/STTR, and HUBZone, as well as DCAA and DCMA accounting system audits and contract compliance.

Aubrey’s in-house financial role is augmented through concurrently providing outsourced Controller services, inclusive of financial statement preparation, management reporting, cash management, audit support, M&A support, DCAA compliance, budgeting, analysis, indirect rate management, and more to clients across industries ranging from aerospace and defense to renewable energy and IT consulting.

Aubrey is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University. She has served as Treasurer for various non-profit organizations and is a member of the AICPA and FICPA.
