Velos LLC is excited to announce the award of its first Oasis + HUBZone Technical and Engineering Domain prime contract Task Order (TO). Velos was awarded a three-year contract to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) with computer systems engineering and contract specialist responsibilities. DCSA is a federal agency under the United States Department of Defense (DoD) that provides the military services, Defense Agencies, 26 federal agencies, and approximately 10,000 cleared contractor facilities with security support services.
Specifically, Velos will be providing enterprise systems engineering and strategy support, with consideration of resiliency, systems of systems, affordability, and accelerated capability delivery. In addition, Velos will analyze the technical underpinnings of information sharing and architecture to develop the transport, enterprise services, data, application, and mission assurance design tenets for the end-to-end aspect that comprise multiple applications. Velos will also assist DCSA program offices with the establishment of service and support agreements with other DoD or federal organizations, to include federally funded research and development centers including Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Memorandums of Agreements (MOA), Interagency Agreements (IAA), System Interface Agreements (SIA), and Interconnectivity Security Agreements (ISA), Service Level Agreements (SLA) and associated certification and accreditation documents.
